I’ve spent my career learning that the same things that make a house feel like home make an organization feel like it’s worth believing in: intention, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

As an executive in healthcare, I’ve led teams through moments that demanded both precision and compassion. As a communicator and speaker, I help leaders find the words that move people. And as the founder of Tee’s Table, I get to practice hospitality in its sweetest form.

Different rooms, same mission: to create meaningful impact through leadership, storytelling, service, and entrepreneurship — building communities rooted in excellence and hope.

Intention. Nothing meaningful happens by accident. Every meeting, meal, and message deserves to be designed with care.
Faith. Purpose is bigger than a title. My work is anchored in something deeper than ambition.
Hospitality. Whether it’s a health system or a dessert table, people should leave feeling more valued than when they arrived.
Excellence. Warmth and rigor are not opposites. The highest standard is the kindest thing you can offer people.
Hope. Optimism is a discipline, and it’s contagious. Leaders set the emotional weather.
